Michigan High School Basketball - Northview overwhelmed by East Grand Rapids

The East Grand Rapids Pioneers basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Northview Wildcats to 40 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian for a Ottawa-Kent - Gold contest on Friday, January 13. East Grand Rapids will battle a Eagles team coming off a 54-32 league win over Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
The Wildcats (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers come into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Forest Hills Central was routed by Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 72-28, in a non-league contest.
