The Eastern View Cyclones basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host King George Foxes to 27 in the Cyclones league victory on Tuesday.
The Cyclones now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Courtland for a Battlefield contest on Friday, January 13. Eastern View will battle a Cougars team coming off a 58-49 league loss to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-9.
The Foxes (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Yellow Jackets come into the Battlefield contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, James Monroe triumphed over Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA), 50-34, in a league contest.
