Thomasville Tigers (Thomasville, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Excel Panthers (Excel, AL), 58-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Thomasville upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 6-6.

Next up, the Panthers play the Leroy Bears (Leroy, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Excel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 7-5 record after their 64-34 league win over McIntosh (McIntosh, AL).
