The Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) basketball crushed the host Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA), 62-18 in Tuesday's league test.
The Pioneers (13-2) will now prepare for their test against James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Colonels go into the Northwestern test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, James Wood walloped Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA), 44-35, in a league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Loudoun Valley for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Fauquier will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 36-28 league win over Lightridge (Aldie, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-5.
