The Floyd Central Jaguars basketball team (Eastern, KY), was nudged 63-61 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Paintsville Tigers (Paintsville, KY)
The Tigers now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson Central for a District 57 battle on Friday, January 13. Paintsville will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 60-19 league win over Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 13-3.
