The Midland Bulldogs basketball team (Midland, TX), was overwhelmed 72-27 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX)

The Tigers now possess a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Odessa for a 6A Region I District 2 battle on Friday, January 13. Frenship will confront a Bronchos team coming off a 48-43 league win over San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bronchos record now stands at 16-11.

The Bulldogs (12-12) will now prepare for their battle against Permian (Odessa, TX). The Panthers come into the 6A Region I District 2 battle with a 10-8 record.
