In Tuesday's league outing, the Gilbert Yellowjackets (Winsted, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Litchfield Cowboys (Litchfield, CT), by a count of 42-18.
The Yellowjackets (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wamogo (Litchfield, CT). The Warriors go into the Berkshire outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Wamogo smashed Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT), 41-35, in a league outing.
The Cowboys now hold a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Terryville for a Berkshire outing on Tuesday, January 17.
