The Harding University Rams basketball team (Charlotte, NC), was nudged 58-57 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC)
The Pumas now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charlotte Catholic for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. Palisades will battle a Cougars team coming off a 69-12 league win over East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
The Rams (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres come into the 4A Conference 49 battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, South Mecklenburg edged Myers Park (Charlotte, NC), 43-40, in a league battle.
