The James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) basketball felled the host Spotsylvania Knights (Spotsylvania, VA), 50-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Yellow Jackets (5-6) will now prepare for their test against King George (King George, VA). The Foxes go into the Battlefield test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, King George was beaten by Eastern View (Culpeper, VA), 55-27, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host King George for a Battlefield test on Friday, January 13. Spotsylvania will encounter a Foxes squad coming off a 41-38 league win over James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Foxes record now stands at 5-7.
