Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Osborne Cardinals (Marietta, GA), 52-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Kennesaw Mountain upgrades its record to 1-14 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Walton (Marietta, GA) to clash with the Raiders in a AAAAAAA Region 5 bout on Friday, January 13. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Walton lost 61-58 in their recent league bout against Cherokee (Canton, GA)

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Wheeler Wildcats (Marietta, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 5 bout, on Thursday, January 12. Osborne will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 46-16 league loss to North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA).
