New Jersey High School Basketball - Kent Place ripped by Plainfield

The Plainfield Cardinals basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Kent Place Dragons to 23 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Governor Livingston for a Union County - Valley contest on Thursday, January 12. Plainfield will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 40-38 non-league loss to Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 4-4.
The Dragons (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders enter the Union County - Valley contest with a 5-4 record.
