Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA), 48-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Kern Valley upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Broncs travel to California City (California City, CA) to clash with the Ravens in a High Desert bout on Friday, January 13. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 3-8. California City lost 55-23 in their recent league bout against Bishop Union (Bishop, CA)

Next up, the Roadrunners clash with the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) in a High Desert bout, on Friday, January 13. Rosamond will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Scorpions go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 47-45 league loss to Bishop Union (Bishop, CA).
