Lafayette Christian Academy Knights (Lafayette, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Southern Lab Kittens (Baton Rouge, LA), 67-60 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lafayette Christian Academy upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Carencro (Lafayette, LA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Kittens play the St. Mary's Academy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Southern Lab will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record.
