The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Pine River-Backus lost 57-50 in their recent non-league bout against Pillager (Pillager, MN)

Next up, the Bears clash with the International Falls Broncos (International Falls, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12.
