The Cougars now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Lyon for a Lakes Valley battle on Friday, January 13. South Lyon East will battle a Lions team coming off a 53-46 league loss to Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI). The Lions record now stands at 4-3.

The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Milford (Highland, MI). The Mavericks come into the Lakes Valley battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Milford was nudged by Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI), 29-26, in a league battle.
