With the victory, Liberty Christian improves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Yakama Nation Tribal (Toppenish, WA) to confront the Eagles in a 1B Southeast challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Yakama Nation Tribal won 52-42 in their recent league challenge against Garfield-Palouse (Palouse, WA)

Next up, the Pioneers confront the Riverside Pirates (Boardman, OR) in a 3A Eastern Oregon challenge, on Friday, January 13. McLoughlin will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 46-13 league loss to Nyssa (Nyssa, OR).
