The Marian Mustangs basketball team (Bloomfield Hills, MI), was overwhelmed 66-24 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI)
The Marlins now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Regina for a Catholic Central battle on Thursday, January 12. Mercy will confront a team coming off a 39-32 league win over Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The record now stands at 4-5.
The Mustangs (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Falcons come into the Catholic Central battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Divine Child was overwhelmed by Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI), 49-47, in a league battle.
