In Tuesday's league outing, the Martin Luther Spartans (Greendale, WI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shoreland Lutheran Pacers (Somers, WI), by a margin of 58-28.
The Spartans (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Catholic Central (Burlington, WI). The Hilltoppers go into the Metro Classic outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Catholic Central was trounced by St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI), 69-33, in a league outing.
The Pacers now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Racine Lutheran for a Metro Classic outing on Friday, January 13. Shoreland Lutheran will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 70-29 league loss to The Prairie School (Racine, WI). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-6.
