Kentucky High School Basketball - West Carter ripped by Menifee County

The Menifee County Wildcats basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting West Carter Comets to 44 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Menifee County will meet a Lions team coming off a 56-51 non-league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY). The Lions record now stands at 8-5.
The Comets (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Owsley County (Booneville, KY). The Owls / Lady Owls enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Owsley County triumphed over Cordia (Hazard, KY), 71-25, in a non-league contest.
