In Tuesday's league outing, the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), by a margin of 65-19.
The Mustangs (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Vikings go into the Bay outing with a 12-8 record. In their last outing, Santa Monica was trounced by Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA), 47-41, in a league outing.
The Sea Kings now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they host Culver City for a Bay outing on Friday, January 13. Palos Verdes will encounter a Centaurs squad coming off a 65-51 league win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA). The Centaurs record now stands at 14-3.
