Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mortimer Jordan Blue Devils (Kimberly, AL) and the visiting Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL), saw Mortimer Jordan's basketball squad wallop Pinson Valley by a tally of 79-41.
With the victory, Mortimer Jordan improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL) to confront the Indians in a 6A Area 12 challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 3-14.
Next up, the Indians confront the Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Pinson Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 52-43 non-league win over St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL).
