The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Central Decatur lost 63-42 in their recent non-league bout against Davis County (Bloomfield, IA)

Next up, the play the Stanton Vikings (Stanton, IA) in a Corner - East bout, on Thursday, January 12. Southwest Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 59-43 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, IA).
