The Spanaway Lake Sentinels (Spanaway, WA) basketball knocked off the host Mount Tahoma T-Birds (Tacoma, WA), 57-38 in Tuesday's league test.
The Sentinels (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Bonney Lake (Bonney Lake, WA). The Panthers go into the 3A Pierce County test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, Bonney Lake notched a victory over Lakes (Lakewood, WA), 46-30, in a league test.
The T-Birds now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a 3A Pierce County test on Thursday, January 12. Mount Tahoma will encounter a Abes squad coming off a 79-49 league win over Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA). The Abes record now stands at 10-2.
