The New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly Vipers (New Berlin, IL) basketball crushed the host North Greene Spartans (White Hall, IL), 62-22 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Vipers (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Pittsfield-Griggsville-Perry (Pittsfield, IL). The Saukees go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Pittsfield-Griggsville-Perry walloped Pleasant Hill/Western (Pleasant Hill, IL), 40-33, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 0-17 record. They play next when they travel to Carrollton for a Western Illinois Valley test on Monday, January 16.
