Michigan High School Basketball - Pontiac can't hold off University

The Pontiac Phoenix basketball team (Pontiac, MI), was nudged 22-15 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting University Eagles (Ferndale, MI)
The Eagles now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bloomfield Hills for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. University will battle a Black Hawks team coming off a 62-11 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, MI). The Black Hawks record now stands at 7-1.
The Phoenix (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Farmington (Farmington, MI). The Falcons come into the Oakland - White battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Farmington edged University (Ferndale, MI), 63-7, in a league battle.
