In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Zuni Thunderbirds (Zuni, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM), by a count of 63-36.
The Thunderbirds (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Shiprock (Shiprock, NM). The Chieftains go into the non-league outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Shiprock was crushed by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 73-18, in a non-league outing.
The Mustangs now hold a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Navajo Pine for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 17.
