Louisiana High School Basketball - Red River ripped by Winnfield

The Winnfield Tigers basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Red River Bulldogs to 25 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Many for a 2A District 3 contest on Friday, January 13. Winnfield will meet a Tigers team coming off a 68-42 non-league loss to Florien (Florien, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-5.
The Bulldogs (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (Campti, LA). The Gators enter the 2A District 3 contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Lakeview triumphed over Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA), 56-18, in a league contest.
