In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Fike Demons (Wilson, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC), by a margin of 35-14.
The Demons (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Southern Wayne was trounced by South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC), 47-24, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host South Johnston for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13. East Wake will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 47-24 non-league win over Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 5-3.
