The Franklinton Rams basketball team scored 26 points and held the host Southern Nash Firebirds to 8 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocky Mount for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13. Franklinton will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 56-7 non-league win over Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 4-0.
The Firebirds (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Louisburg (Louisburg, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
