The Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) basketball nipped the host Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA), 36-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Churchland (Portsmouth, VA). The Truckers go into the test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Churchland was tipped by Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA), 48-39, in a non-league test.
The Pilots now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Taylor for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Norview will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 49-21 non-league loss to Norcom (Portsmouth, VA). The Titans record now stands at 1-2.
