With the victory, Atkins improves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Camels host Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to play the Cougars in a challenge on Friday, January 13. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Rockingham County lost 55-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC)

Next up, the Bison play the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. High Point Central will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 50-26 league win over Dudley (Greensboro, NC).
