With the victory, Carson improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Statesville (Statesville, NC) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Statesville lost 27-24 in their recent non-league challenge against North Iredell (Olin, NC)

Next up, the Mustangs confront the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. East Rowan will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record.
