With the victory, Charlotte Christian upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC) to play the Chargers in a challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Providence Day won 50-34 in their recent non-league challenge against SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC)

Next up, the Buccaneers play the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 13. Charlotte Country Day School will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
