The Charlottesville Black Knights basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Louisa County Lions to 41 in the Black Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Black Knights now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monticello for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13. Charlottesville will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 50-36 non-league win over Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-3.

Next up, the Lions play the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. Louisa County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Flying Flucos come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 50-36 non-league loss to Monticello (Charlottesville, VA).
