Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Elsinore Tigers (Wildomar, CA), 43-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Rancho Verde upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Mustangs host Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA) to play the Eagles in a bout on Thursday, January 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Rancho Christian lost 56-53 in their recent league bout against Poly (Riverside, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Rancho Christian Eagles (Temecula, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Elsinore will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
