The Kearny Komets (San Diego, CA) basketball nipped the visiting High Tech SD Storm (San Diego, CA), 49-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Komets (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Fallbrook got by Escondido (Escondido, CA), 50-46, in a league test.
The Storm now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Crawford for a test on Friday, January 13. High Tech SD will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 34-32 league win over Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Colts record now stands at 9-7.
