San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA), 50-35 in a league bout.

With the win, San Diego upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Cavers travel to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA) to play the Buccaneers in a bout on Friday, January 13. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Mission Bay won 82-30 in their recent non-league bout against High Tech SD (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Cardinals play the La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
