The Paxton Bobcats basketball team (Paxton, FL), was nudged 35-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Jay Royals (Jay, FL)
The Royals now possess a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a battle on Friday, January 13. Jay will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 45-17 non-league loss to Pensacola Catholic (Pensacola, FL). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-6.
The Bobcats (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Destin (Destin, FL). The Sharks come into the non-league battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Destin was nudged by South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 35-26, in a non-league battle.
