The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lancaster Baptist Eagles (Lancaster, CA), 45-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, The Palmdale Aerospace Academy upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA) to play the Cardinals in a bout on Thursday, January 12. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Eagles play the Trinity Classical Academy Knights (Valencia, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 12. Lancaster Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 60-20 league loss to Valley Torah (Valley Village, CA).
