The North Duplin Rebels topped the visiting Neuse Charter Cougars basketball team by a final score of 71-61 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Rebels face the Bear Grass Charter Bears (Williamston, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 12. North Duplin will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 1-5 record after their 44-30 non-league loss to Bethel Christian Academy (Kinston, NC).
With the defeat, Neuse Charter moves to 2-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 13. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 2-6.
