West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 58-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Stanly upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Colts travel to Central Academy (Monroe, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-10. Central Academy lost 53-24 in their recent non-league bout against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC)

Next up, the Wolf Pack play the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Parkwood will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 49-32 non-league loss to Monroe (Monroe, NC).
