California High School Basketball - Lindhurst ripped by Bear River

The Bear River Bruins basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Lindhurst Blazers to 18 in the Bruins league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bruins now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sutter for a Pioneer Valley League contest on Friday, January 12. Bear River will battle a Huskies team coming off a 48-47 league loss to Center (Antelope, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 10-7.

The Blazers (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Wheatland (Wheatland, CA). The Pirates enter the Pioneer Valley League contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Wheatland was routed by Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA), 62-34, in a league contest.
