With the victory, St. James improves its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Sharks host Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to play the Braves in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Socastee lost 53-42 in their recent league challenge against Sumter (Sumter, SC)

Next up, the Tigers play the Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Conway will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 63-61 non-league loss to Loris (Loris, SC).
