The Peoria Christian Chargers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Elmwood Trojans to 44 in the Chargers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Chargers now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delavan for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. Peoria Christian will battle a Panthers team coming off a 42-37 non-league win over Brimfield (Brimfield, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 10-9.

The Trojans (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Brimfield (Brimfield, IL). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Brimfield was nudged by Delavan (Delavan, IL), 42-37, in a non-league contest.
