North Carolina High School Basketball - Forest Hills tipped by Piedmont

In Wednesday's league match, the host Piedmont Panthers basketball team scored a tight 67-60 triumph over the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a 2A/3A Rocky River match, on Friday, January 12. Piedmont will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 3-11 record after their 67-34 league loss to Anson (Wadesboro, NC).
