With the victory, Hydaburg upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Thorne Bay (Thorne Bay, AK) to play the Wolverines in a bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Thorne Bay lost 59-27 in their recent league bout against Gustavus (Gustavus, AK)

Next up, the Foxes play the Klawock Chieftains (Klawock, AK) in a 1A Southeast bout, on Thursday, January 11. Gustavus will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Chieftains come into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 55-50 non-league win over Haines (Haines, AK).
