Rehobeth Rebels (Dothan, AL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Headland Rams (Headland, AL), 50-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rehobeth upgrades its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Rebels host Poplar Springs (Graceville, FL) to play the Atomics in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Atomics come into the bout with a record of 3-10. Poplar Springs won 52-29 in their recent non-league bout against Ashford (Ashford, AL)

Next up, the Rams play the Rehobeth Rebels (Dothan, AL) in a 5A Area 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Headland will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Rebels come into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 60-45 non-league win over Poplar Springs (Graceville, FL).
