The Lake City Trojans basketball team (Lake City, MI), was nudged 44-39 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Roscommon Bucks (Roscommon, MI)
The Bucks now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evart for a Highland battle on Tuesday, January 16. Roscommon will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 50-48 non-league win over Marion (Marion, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-4.
The Trojans (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI). The Comets come into the Highland battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Northern Michigan Christian edged Buckley (Buckley, MI), 53-43, in a non-league battle.
