Minnesota High School Basketball - Minneapolis South can't hold off Washburn

The Washburn Millers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Minneapolis South Tigers to 54 in the Millers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Millers now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Family Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Washburn will battle a Fire team coming off a 63-62 non-league loss to Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN). The Fire record now stands at 7-6.
The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Park (Cottage Grove, MN). The Wolfpack come into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Park was nudged by Roseville (Roseville, MN), 77-70, in a non-league contest.
