Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ), 75-60 in a league bout.

With the win, Ridgewood upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Maroons host Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ) to play the Raiders in a Big North - National bout on Thursday, January 11. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Ramapo won 69-40 in their recent non-league bout against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Northern Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
